摘　　要：文章从我国各省市"十二五"规划中的战略性新兴产业布局出发,提出面向战略性新兴产业的信息服务重组,分析战略性新兴产业的信息服务与保障内容,认为在国家层面服务联盟下应建立区域服务联盟,从平台构建、资源组织和关系协调方面推进跨系统协同信息服务的发展。Starting with the layout of the strategic emerging industries in the provinces and cities in China in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan,this paper puts forward the idea of reengineering the information service oriented to strategic emerging industries,analyzes the content of information service and guarantee of strategic emerging industries,and alleges that we should establish the regional service alliances under the state-level service alliance and promote the development of the cross-system collaborative information service from platform construction,resources organization and relationship coordination.
