摘　　要：我院在门诊一卡通实施过程中,对检验信息系统(LIS)进行了升级改造。本文介绍了升级改造后的门诊检验就医流程,检验申请视图修改及门诊采样模块升级改造的方法和过程。LIS的改造既优化了检验流程,又缩短了病人的排队等候时间,充分体现了"时间管理"和"以病人为中心"的理念,收到了良好的经济效益和社会效益。The transformation of Laboratory Information Management System not only optimizes the inspection process but also reduces the waiting time of patients. This paper introduces the reformed outpatient process, the reengineering methods and process of outpatient sampling module, and the laboratory application view modification method. The process reengineering not only optimizes the laboratory process, but also shortens the queueing time of the patients, has received good economic and social benefits.
