彩色多普勒超声在老年骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声检查对老年骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓诊断价值。方法应用二维及彩色多普勒超声对116例老年骨折患者下肢深静脉进行检查,观察血管内径、血栓范围、血栓回声特征及血流情况。结果老年骨折血栓患者表现为管腔增宽,管腔内低回声或无回声图像,部分血栓可飘动。在老年骨折患者中,小腿内静脉的血栓发生率高,膝部骨折患者血栓发生率亦高。结论彩色多普勒超声检查不仅可迅速诊断老年骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓,同时可动态观察其演变情况,是诊断下肢深静脉血栓的首选方法。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in deep venous thrombosis of crura in elderly patients with bone fracture. Methods 116 cases of such patient were examined by color Doppler to observe the crura vein lumen inner diameter, position, echo characteristics and blood flow. Results The elderly thrombosis patients with fracture showed widened lumen, and the lumen images are hypoechoic or anechoic, and part of the thrombus may be flowing. In elderly patients with fracture, the incidence of leg vein thrombosis was high, and the incidence of thrombosis with knee fracture was also high. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound not only can quickly diagnose the crura deep thrombosis in elderly patients with fracture, but also can observe its dynamic evolution, is the preferred method for diagnosis of crura vein thrombus.
