以化痰散瘀为核心论治乳腺增生病的生活质量评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨以化痰散瘀为核心,综合脏腑调理的开郁散结颗粒对乳腺增生病患者生活质量的影响。方法:将360例痰瘀互结型乳腺增生病患者,随机2∶1分为试验组和对照组,由患者根据第一感觉填写SF-36调查问卷,入组时、治疗4周、8周和停药8周后各填写1次,比较两组患者前后生活质量的变化情况。结果:①治疗4周后,生理功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、总评分两组内比较均有统计学差异;活力评价方面治疗组组内比较有统计学差异;生理职能、精神健康、情感职能方面,对照组组内比较有统计学差异。②治疗8周后,除活力评价外,各方面及总分两组内均有统计学差异;活力评价方面治疗组组内比较有统计学差异。③停药8周后,生活质量各方面及总分组内均有统计学差异。④治疗和对照组间比较均无统计学差异。结论:开郁散结颗粒对乳腺增生病患者生活质量各方面均有改善,其中生理功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力方面起效时间早,改善明显。Objective：To reaserch the effect of Kaiyu Sanjie granules which can resolve phlegm and dissipate blood stasis on quality of life in mammary glands hyperplasia patients.Method：360 patients who sufferred from hyperplasia of mammary glands with phlegm and blood stasis were divided randomly into therapeutic group and controlled group at the rate of 2 to 1 with double-blind.The patients filled in SF-36 questionnaire according to the first feel at the time of the first view,4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks after treating.Then Compare the changes of the quality of life of the two groups.Result：There were significant difference between each group in physiological function,physical pain,overall health,total score at the time of 4 weeks after treating.Dynamic evaluation of treatment in the way is statistically significant,the physiological function,mental health and emotional functions,the comparison in the way is statistically significant.At the time of 8 weeks after treating,each group was in total and statistically significant.Dynamic evaluation of treatment in the way is statistically significant.Withdrawal after eight weeks,the quality of life in all aspects and total group were statistically significant.Conclusion：Kaiyu Sanjie granules can improve the quality of life of mammary glands hyperplasia patients,especially in physiological function,the body of pain,overall health and vigor.
