摘 要:目的:研究冠脉康有效部位群中指纹图谱共有峰与处方药材有效部位及药效的相关性,探讨冠脉康有效部位的药效物质基础。方法:以冠脉康制剂中53个色谱峰的校对峰面积为自变量,以各提取物对小鼠断头后张口喘息时间为因变量进行相关分析和回归分析,研究有效成分与药效的相关性。结果:通过对53个色谱峰的皮尔逊相关系数的计算,发现有12个化学成分与冠脉康抗缺血作用密切相关。结论:初步提示有12个化学组分可能是冠脉康抗缺血的药效物质基础,处方中各药材在抗缺血作用中均有贡献。Objective:To discuss the relevance between chromatographic and pharmacodynamics and study the anti-ischemic therapeutical basis of Guanmaikang.Method:The fingerprints of both effective and relevant elements of the herb were collected and the relative deviations of retention time and similarities of peak UV spectra were employed to evaluate the correlativity.SPSS statistical analysis was used to do 53 peaks of the relative peak area as the independent variables,the gasp time after decollated of mouse as the dependent variable for correlation analysis and regression analysis.Results:Each correlation coefficient of 53 chromatographic peaks was got,12 chromatographic peaks had correlation with the effect of Guanmaikang.Conclusion:It could preliminary deduce that the 12 chromatographic peaks represented by the chemical constituent were the anti-ischemic therapeutic material basis,and all herbs in recipe have the contribution.
