摘　　要：目的:穴位埋线对肥胖大鼠弓状核瘦素受体蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用穴位埋线治疗15日为1个疗程。结果:穴位埋线治疗后患者的各肥胖指标均明显下降,对弓状核瘦素受体蛋白表达有提高作用。结论:穴位埋线减肥的中枢疗效是非常明显的。说明穴位埋线是单纯性肥胖病有效的治疗手段之一。Objective：To study the influence of catgut implantation at acupoints on INSR expression in nuclues arcuatus hypothalami of obesity rats.Methods：The treatment course of catgut implantation at acupoints was 15 days.Results：After treatment,the various indexes of obesity were obviously decreased.It had increasing influence on insulin receptor protein expression in arcuate nucleus.Conclusion：The catgut implantation at acupoints has obvious effect on treating obesity,indicating it is an effective therapy for simple obesity.
