摘　　要：目的:研究凤尾草提取物对不同肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法及Trypan Blue拒染法检测凤尾草提取物对体外培养的人肝癌细胞株BLE-7402、小鼠黑色素瘤细胞株B16-BL6、人白血病细胞株HL-60细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果:凤尾草提取物在5～80μg·mL-1剂量的范围内对上述3种细胞株均有明显的抑制作用。结论:凤尾草提取物在体外对多种肿瘤细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用。Objective：To research the inhibition of Pteris multifida extracts on the growth of different tumor cell in vitro.Methods：This experiment was adopted with MTT assay and Trypan Blue exclusion assay for the inhibition of Pteris multifida extracts on the growth of BLE-7402,B16-BL6 and HL-60.Results：The effects of Pteris multifida extracts on the growth of all tumor cells were obviously inhibited by dose range of 5～80μg·mL^-1.Conclusion：The results show that Pteris multifida extracts can obviously exert an effective influence on cytotoxicity from a variety of the tumor cells in vitro.
