藤三七中总黄酮提取工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:筛选藤三七中总黄酮的提取方法,为进一步研究总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,充分利用和开发藤三七资源提供科学依据。方法:采用分光光度法,以芦丁为标准品测定藤三七中总黄酮含量。在提取过程中通过单因素试验分析了乙醇浓度、料液比、回流时间及回流温度4个主要因素对提取率的影响。在单因素试验的基础上通过正交设计法优化藤三七黄酮提取工艺条件。结果:藤三七总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积浓度为40%,料液比为1∶20,回流温度为60℃,提取时间为2h。此条件下藤三七的总黄酮得率为3.93%。结论:总黄酮正交提取工艺的研究,结果比较可靠,含量测定方法简便、准确,可用于藤三七中总黄酮的含量测定。Objective：To screen the extracting method of total flavones in Anredera cordifolm（Tenore）van Steen and to provide scientific bases for further research of optimized extracting technique of total flavones and full use and development of Anredera cordifolm（Tenore）van Steen resources.Methods：In this study flavonoids content in Anredera cordifolm（Tenore）van Steen was detected by spectrometric method with rutin as standard material.In the extracting process of total flavonoids,four main factors including concentration of extracting solution,solid-liquid ratio,time and temperature were studied by single factor analysis method.Results：The optimal extracting conditions obtained by orthogonal analysis were as follows：ethanol concentration 40%,solid-liquid ratio 1：20,refluxing temperature 60℃ and extracting duration 2h.Total flavonoids yield from Anredera cordifolm（Tenore）van Steen was 3.93% by the optimal process.Conclusions：The optimum extradion process of total flavonoids was easy and accurate,which can be used for the total flavonoids extraction of Anredera cordifolm（Tenore）van Steen.
