摘 要:目的:通过研究齐墩果酸对高血糖大鼠的血糖、血清胰岛素及肝糖原含量的影响,探讨齐墩果酸的降血糖作用。方法:通过测定链脲菌素制备高血糖大鼠的空腹血糖(FBG)、血清胰岛素(FINS)、肝糖原含量及观察肝脏PSA染色,来评价齐墩果酸降血糖作用。结果:齐墩果酸明显降低高血糖大鼠FBG(P<0.01),升高高血糖大鼠FINS及肝糖原含量(P<0.05),肝脏PSA切片观察:齐墩果酸紫红色糖原较模型组明显增多。结论:齐墩果酸可能通过增加肝糖原含量及升高血清胰岛素水平降低血糖。Objective:To study the effects of oleanolic acid on insulin and liver glucogen store on diabetic rat and to evaluate the hypoglycemie activity of oleanolic acid and the mechanism.Methods:FBG,FINS and liver glycogen store were measured and PSA staining was observed,and the hypoglycemic effect of oleanolic acid was evaluate.Results:Oleanolic acid significantly reduced FBG(P〈0.01),elevated liver glycogen store and FINS(P〈0.05).PSA observation:oleanolic acid purple glycogen increased significantly than that in model group.Conclusion:Oleanolic acid may be through increasing glycogen content and serum levels of insulin to lower blood sugar.
