聚精丸联合太极拳运动处方对少、弱精子不育症患者精浆生化及心理影响研究

摘　　要：目的:初步尝试在中药复方联合应用太极拳运动处方治疗少、弱精子症。方法:给予入选患者口服聚精丸,5g/次,3次/天,3个月/疗程;运动处方为24式简化太极拳,30min/次,运动心率控制在110次/min,运动频率5次/周。分别于治疗前后各进行一次精液常规分析检测;同时应用身心症状自评量表(SCL-90)测量患者治疗前后各因子的评分值。结果:在1个疗程后,有9例治愈(12.33%),显效30例(41.09%),有效24例(32.87%),无效10例(13.69%),总有效率为86.31%;并发现联合太极拳锻炼后,对于患者身心症状各因子的均有积极影响。结论:聚精丸联合太极拳运动处方能够显著改善少、弱精子不育症患者的精液质量参数,降低精子畸形率,并有利于改善少、弱精子症患者生殖内分泌环境及心理健康,值得进一步研究。Objective：To try traditional Chinese medicine compounding tai chi exercise prescription for treatment of weak azoospermia of Sterility.Method：All selected patients were treated with poly Pills,5g per time,3 times per day,3 months per course of treatment;Exercise prescription of 24 simplified tai chi quan,30 minutes per time,exercise heart rate controlled at 110 beats per minutes,frequency of exercise is 5 times per week.Before and after treatment,respectively,to conduct a routine semen analysis test;meanwhile to measure values of each factor score of physical and psychological symptom checklist application（SCL-90）.Results in a course of treatment,9 patients were cured（12.33%）,30 cases were significantly improved,（41.09%）,24 cases were effective improved（32.87%）,10 cases were ineffective（13.69%）,total effective rate was 86.31%;Due to tai chi exercise,each factor of physical and psychological symptoms of the patient have been changed with a positive impact.Conclusion Ju Jing Pills compounding tai chi exercise prescription could significantly improve the sperm quality parameters in patients with infertility,reduced sperm deformity rate,and conducive to improving the reproductive endocrine environment and mental health in patients also,it is worth further study.
