摘　　要：继续医学教育是以学习新理论、新技术为主的一种终身性的医学教育。综合性医院开展临床医师培训工作是促进继续医学教育发展的重要内容。分析综合性医院临床医师培训课程取向性、人员多层性和时间不定性等主要特点;结合工作实际,总结开展医师培训工作的主要实践和体会,进一步探索对医师培训工作的思考和建议。Continuing medical education is a life-long and new technologies. The carryout of the physician medical education which is to learn new theories training is the most important content to promote the continuing medical education in general hospital. To analyze the major characteristics of the physi- cian training in general hospital, which include the orientation of the term, the multi-tiered of the staff and the uncertainty of the time. Connecting the reality to sum up the main practices and experi- ences and explore the pondering and recommendations in the physician training.
