摘　　要：目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者的临床护理措施及效果。方法对我院自2011年2月至2012年2月收治的113例心肌梗死患者进行回顾性分析,实施全面的临床护理措施对临床效果的影响,统计实际临床护理效果。结果经过对急性心肌梗死患者的实际临床护理,111例患者好转出院,2例死亡。结论全面有效的护理措施,可以提高急性心肌梗死患者的康复率,提高急性心肌梗死患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures in treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction and its effect. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 113 patients with myocardial infarction, who were admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012. Statistical analysis was used to evaluate the effect of comprehensive clinical nursing measures on clinical efficacy. Results Through the actual clinical nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction, 111 cases showed improved symptoms and were discharged from hospital, and 2 cases died. Conclusion Comprehensive, effective nursing measures can improve the recovery rate and life quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
