摘　　要：根据国军标批次管理和质量追溯的要求,发射装置装配实施单张配套表管理。单张配套的生产方式需要采集大量的质量信息,为了提高数据采集的准确性和效率,采用Code128条码进行条码生成和条码数据采集,并基于J2EE平台实现质量信息的存储、追溯和报表打印。相关技术已在发射装置生产中应用,显著提高了单张配套和质量追溯的效率。To meet the needs of Native Military Standard on batch management and quality traceability, the one-piece assembly information list is applied to launcher production. Mass of information needs to be collected and filled in the table in operation. For the purpose of increasing efficiency and accuracy, the Code128 barcode is applied in information collec- ting. Based on J2EE platform, the saving and tracing of related information and sheet printing are implemented. The relat- ed technologies have been applied in launcher producing and the results are satisfied. The management efficiency of assem- bly information list and quality tracing are obvious heightened.
