束状全列虫(Holostich adiademata)无性生殖期间的形态发生研究

摘　　要：应用蛋白银技术研究了海洋纤毛虫束状全列虫无性生殖期间的细胞发生学 ,其主要特征为 :1 )口原基 (后仔虫 )出现于横棘毛的前方、中腹棘毛列的左侧 ;老的口围带无需再建而由前仔虫简单继承 ;2 )单一口棘毛来自第一列CA原基 ,2根额前棘毛源于最后一列CA原基并且所有原基 (除第一列CA原基 )均参与了横棘毛的形成 ;3)缘棘毛在发生上稍晚于背触毛 ,并且在前 /后仔虫表现不同步 ;4)背触毛为一组发生式 .Morphogenetic process of Holosticha diademata (Kahl,1932)during asexual reproduction was observed with the help of protargol impregnation method.The results demonstrate main events during the morphogenetic procedure are very similar to that of the population reported by Hemberger(1982). The general process is:1)from opisthe’s oral primordium,the new oral apparatus and one of frontal cirrus will be derived;2)two groups of cirral analgen each with 8～10 streaks occur de novo,which will develop separately into 2 frontal,11～15 midventral,7～9 transverse and 2 frontoterminal cirri in both dividing part;3)the old AZM will be simply inherit by the proter,only the parental UM is reorganized;4)the generation type of dorsal kineties is of one group mode.
