基于“和谐使命-2010”任务医院船麻醉工作的思考

摘　　要："和平方舟"号医院船是一艘相当于海上三级甲等医院的现代医院船,在海军远海卫勤保障体系中担负重要角色,其实施手术与麻醉的能力在一定程度上体现了医院船的救治水平。笔者在"和谐使命-2010"医疗任务实践基础上,就医院船手术与麻醉设备配置、人员配备、麻醉实施和管理等方面,总结经验教训,提出意见建议,进一步提高医院船手术中心救治伤员能力,并为今后医院船遂行类似多样化军事任务提供参考。The hospital ship ＂Ark Peace＂ is a modem hospital ship equivalent to a sea-based tertiary hospital, which plays an important role in the ocean-going medical support system of the Chinese Navy. Its surgical and anesthetic capability represents the medical capacity of the hospital ship. Based on the medical experience acquired during ＂Mission Harmony- 2010＂ onboard the hospital ship, this paper summarized experiences and lessons, put forward recommendations, concerning the disposition of anesthetic and surgical equipment, manning of medical personnel, the implementation and management of anesthesia onboard the hospital ship, in the hope that casualty care capability of the hospital ship could be enhanced. At the same time, the experience acquired during ＂Mission Harmony -2010＂ could provide reference for similar future military missions by the hospital ship.
