摘 要:以三交组合(10-A/88-1643//川育12 号)的F9 代群体的112 个稳定株系为供试材料,研究了T1BL.1RS易位染色体对小麦农艺性状间偏相关的影响。结果表明,一些性状间的偏相关在T1BL.1RS易位系和非易位系群体内均达到显著水平,一些性状间的偏相关则仅在T1BL.1RS易位系或非易位系群体内达到显著水平,而其余各性状间的偏相关则在易位系和非易位系群体内均不显著。在T1BL.1RS易位系群体内,抽穗期与每小穗结实粒数呈极显著的负偏相关;而在非易位系群体内,抽穗期与每小穗结实粒数则呈显著的正偏相关。这些结果表明,T1BL.1RS易位染色体不仅影响性状间偏相关的程度,而且还影响偏相关的性质。The effects of T1BL.1RS translocation chromosome on partial correlations among agronomic characters in wheat were investigated by using 112 lines derived from the F 9 population of a triple cross among multispikelet wheat line 10 A, 88 1643 and Chuanyu12 (10 A/88 1643//Chuanyu12). The results showed that some partial correlations were significant in both T1BL.1RS and non T1BL.1RS chromosome groups, and some significant partial correlations were only detected within the T1BL.1RS or non T1BL.1RS chromosome groups, while some partial correlations were non significant in both chromosome groups. Grain number per spike was negatively partial correlated with heading date in T1BL.1RS groups, while grain number per spike was positively associated to heading date in non T1BL.1RS groups. These results suggested that the T1BL.1RS chromosome not only had significant impact on the degree of partial correlations among agronomic characters but also had effects on the property of partial correlations.
