摘　　要：应用RT-PCR技术扩增编码兔出血症病毒衣壳蛋白VP60基因,将PCR产物克隆到真核表达载体pcDNA3.1(+)中,获得重组质粒pcDNA-VP60,并将其转染Vero细胞。经间接免疫荧光试验,证实pcDNA-VP60在体外细胞中能够成功表达具有免疫原性的VP60蛋白。In this study,VP60 gene of the rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus（RHDV） stain was amplified and cloned into eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.1 （＋） , named pcDNA-VP60. The recombinant vectors were transcribed and expressed in Vero ceils effectively through indirect immunofluorescence test.
