摘　　要：文章对现有学者在新型农村合作医疗制度本身及运行相关问题研究整理发现:制度本身问题研究主要集中于定性分析、运行过程中定量研究模型重复率高、国外借鉴较少考虑我国的适用性。许多研究内容有待进一步的探索和加强,具体体现在五个方面:贫困地区外出打工者的医疗保障问题、城乡医疗保障的衔接问题、补偿水平及保障范围的研究、新旧合作医疗的比较问题研究、各环节监管独立性探究。By Sorting out the existing scholars research in the new rural cooperative medical care system itself and run, this article finds the following problems： system research focuses on qualitative analysis, quantitative models have high rate of repeat in the running reseatch, foreign reference less consider the applicability of the China. At the same time, many researches are worth further probing and strengthening, which are specifically embodied in the five aspects, that is to say, the medical problems of migrant workers in poverty- stricken areas, the comvergence of urban and rural medical security, level of compensation and the scope of protection, comparative study about old and new cooperative medical, regulatory independence in every link.
