摘 要:针对王洼煤矿E1108大倾角综采工作面煤层赋存条件复杂、顶板倾角变化大,工作面上下端头及两巷超前支护段顶板维护困难的实际情况,研究制定了工作面上下端头顶板支护技术措施,分别提出了回采巷道在顶板倾角小于5°、5~15°、大于15°不同阶段的超前支护技术方案。现场实践表明,当回采巷道顶板倾角大于15°时,采用挖底、接顶超前支护技术措施后,顶板下沉速度显著减小,运输巷超前支护段顶板最大下沉量为170 mm,回风巷超前支护段顶板最大下沉量为230 mm,既满足了巷道回采层位的要求,又保证了回采期间巷道超前支护段顶板的稳定性。According to the seam deposit condition complicated, high variation of the roof dip angle, the roof maintenance difficulty of the advance support sections in the up and low ends of the coal mining face and the two gateways, the roof support technical measures of the up and low ends of the coal mining face were studied and determined. The advance support technical plan for the roof tip angle less than 5°, 5 - 15° and over 15° of the mining gateway were provided. The site practices showed that when the mining gateway roof angel higher than 15°, after the floor dinting and roof advance support measures applied, the roof subsidence speed would be obviously reduced and the maximum subsidence value of the roof at the advance support section of the transportation gateway was 170 mm. The maximum subsidence value of the roof at the advance support section of the air retuning gateway was 230 mm, could meet the layer requirements of the gateway mininz and ensure the stability of the roof at the advance suDnort section of the mininz zatewav.
