摘  要:试验研究了碳含量对低合金耐磨铸钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着碳含量的增加,试验钢的硬度总体呈上升趋势,冲击韧度先升高后下降。显微组织由粒状贝氏体+M-A岛+铁素体逐渐向上贝氏体、马氏体、下贝氏体转变,同时出现少量的残余奥氏体。当碳含量为0.40%左右时,碳在钢中的效能得到最大发挥,钢的强韧匹配性最佳。The effects of carbon content on the organization and performance of low alloy wear-resisting cast steel were studied by experiment. The results show that, with the increase of the content of carbon, the hardness oftest steel rises, impact toughness increases at first and then decline. The microstructure of test steel transitions gradually from granular bainite + M-A island + ferrite to up-bainite, martensite, lower-bainite, at the same time with a small amount of austenite. When the carbon content is 0.40%, carbon's efficiency in the steel gets the maximum play, the match of strength and toughness' of the steel is the best.
