摘 要:以某机械底座铸件为例,依据复杂铸件模样分块成型设计的简单分块原则,结合底座铸件的材料和结构,以及消失模模样的制造特点,论述了基于Pro/E的球墨铸铁底座消失模模样分块成型设计过程,总结了行之有效的方法和经验。结果表明,采用Pro/E软件辅助设计,可提高铸件模样设计效率,并为分块模样的模具设计提供依据。Taking a mechanical base' s casting as an example, based on simple parted principle for complex casting pattern' s design of block modeling, combining the base's structure and material with production characteristic of lost foam's pattern, the process of the block molding design that is based on Pro/E for the ductile iron base' s pattern was discussed and some effective methods and experiences were summarized. The results show that the Pro/E aiding design can greatly improve the design efficiency of casting pattern, and this method provides a basis for the mould design of parted pattern.
