摘  要:研究了在铝电解电容器介质表面形成导电聚吡咯膜作为电容器对电极的方法 .导电聚吡咯的沉积分为两个步骤 ,首先用化学聚合方法在介质膜上形成一薄层导电聚吡咯 ,在此基础上再进行电化学聚合 .实验分析了聚合条件对聚吡咯电导率的影响 .制备出电导率为10 S/The methods for depositing a conductive polypyrrole film on the surface of a dielectric layer of aluminum electrolytic capacitor as a counterelectrode have been investigated.The deposition of polypyrrole was carried out in two steps.First,a thin conducting polypyrrole film is deposited on the dielectric layer by chemical polymerization,and then synthesized by electrochemical polymerization on the first one.The effects of the polymerization conditions on the conductivity of the polypyrrole are analyzed experimentally.The polypyrrole film with an electrical conductivity of 10 S/cm is prepared and a new aluminum solid electrolytic capacitor with the polypyrrole counterelectrode is produced.
