摘　　要：DNA识别分子寡聚酰胺是一类人工合成的含吡咯-咪唑的有机小分子,它能够在B-DNA的小沟处特异性识别碱基序列,且能通过细胞膜进入细胞核调控目的基因的表达,是一种潜在的基因治疗筛选药物。综述了该类化合物的化学与生物学研究进展。The pyrrole-imidazole polyamide is a synthetic small molecule which can be designed to reeogmze virtually any predetermined B-DNA sequence in minor groove. It can permeate into nucleus and bind with high affinities and sequence specificities resulting in modulation of gene expression. Therefore,as screening drug,it will be a potential gene therapy drug in the future. In this paper, recent advances in the field of the chemical and biological studies of polyamide are described.
