摘 要:研究了甲苯对厌氧反应过程的影响。结果发现,厌氧系统对有机负荷的冲击有一定的缓冲作用,产酸相内挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度随有机负荷的提升而升高;当甲苯浓度≤20mg.L-1时,对产酸相CODCr的降解及VFA的产量具有明显抑制作用,驯化一段时间后可恢复正常;甲苯对产甲烷相和产酸相CODCr去除无明显抑制作用。甲苯浓度≤70mg.L-1时,甲苯在厌氧系统内可得到良好的降解,出水甲苯浓度<0.1mg.L-1,达到国家一级排放标准。即使进水甲苯浓度达到200mg.L-1,甲苯的去除率仍达99%以上。The effect of toluene on anaerobic reaction process was studied. The fluctuations of organic con-centration within a certain range could be accepted in the anaerobic system. The production of volatile fatty acids (VFA)of acid production phase increased with organic concentration. When the toluene concentration was low- er than 20 mg ~ L-1 ,the CODc, removal efficiency and production of VFA of acid production phase were signifi- cantly inhibited and they returned to the previous level after a period time of domestication. Toluene didn't in- hibit the CODc, removal of methane production phase and acid production phase significantly. When the toluene concentration was lower than 70 mg·L^-1 ,it was degraded well in the anaerobic system and the toluene concen- tration in effluent was less than 0.1 mg ·L^-1 , which met the grade I national discharge standard. The toluene was degraded by 99 % even though the toluene concentration increased to 200 mg·L^-1.
