基于随机前沿分析法的中国沿海区域经济效率评价

摘　　要：中国经济发展速度举世瞩目,而发展效率一直为人们所诟病。文章以东南沿海四省一市为研究样本,运用随机前沿分析法对经济效率及其影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明,广东省的技术效率在绝大多数年份都高于沿海其他省市,直至2008年金融危机,长三角的平均技术效率值呈上升趋势并超过广东。文章认为这主要源于第三产业自身技术效率递减以及FDI是一种次优的制度安排,对本土企业具有挤出效应。The speed of China＇s economic growth has attracted worldwide attention, while the development efficiency has been criticized.Take four provinces and one eity as research samples, based on stochastic frontier analysis, the paper makes an empirieal analysis on the eeonomie effieieney and its influencing factors.The results show that in most periods, the teehnieal efficiency of Guangdong Province has been higher than other coastal regions, until financial crisis in 2008, the average teehnieal efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta roses and exeeeds Guangdong, which is caused by the technological efficiency of service industry deereases progressively, and FDI is a sub-optimal institutional arrangements, and it has crowding-out effect to the loeal enterprises.
