摘　　要：涂料配色是家具行业中的一项重要工艺环节,是直接影响家具外观质量的重要因素.提出一种以TCS230为颜色传感器,FPGA为下位机控制器实现颜色信息采集;PLC为驱动控制器,控制伺服泵实现三基色涂料按一定比例配色;利用面向对象编程语言VB6.0,实现上位机监控界面的涂料自动配色系统设计.对系统的设计方案、关键技术和具体的开发过程进行了详细的探讨.Paint color is the furniture industry in an important technological link,directly influence the appearance quality of furniture.This paper presents a TCS230 color sensor,FPGA as lower machine controller based on color information acquisition,PLC as driving controller,servo pump and three color coating according to a certain proportion of color,by using the object oriented programming language VB6.0 realize PC monitoring interface coating automatic color matching system design.In this paper,the system design,key technology and specific development process are discussed in detail.
