五联检试剂盒用于阴道炎诊断的研究

摘　　要：目的观察五联检试剂盒在阴道炎诊断中的应用价值。方法同时应用五联检试剂盒及常规镜检法对317例育龄期阴道炎患者的阴道分泌物进行病原体检测,并以培养法作为"金标准",对两种方法的检查结果进行对比分析。结果五联检试剂盒对乳酸杆菌的检出率为77.92%,常规镜检法为69.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对念珠菌、阴道毛滴虫、白细胞及厌氧菌的检出率与镜检法相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论五联检试剂盒用于阴道炎的诊断效果与常规镜检法相当,但具有简便、快速的优势。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of a multi-test diagnostic kit to diagnose vaginitis. Methods A total of 317 vaginal secretion samples were collected from patients with vaginitis. All samples were examined at the same time with both the multi-test diagnostic kit and microscopy, and results of the two methods were compared and analyzed. Results The rate of Lactobacillus detection （77.92%） by the multi-test diagnostic kit was higher than that by microsco- py （69.09%）（P〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference between the multi-test diagnostic kit and microscopy in the detection of Candida, Trichomonas vaginalis, leukocytes, and bacterial vaginitis （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The multi- test diagnostic kit is comparable to microscopy in its effectiveness at diagnosing vaginitis, though the multi-test diagnostic kit is simpler and faster than microscopy.
