摘 要:目的探讨桂西地区壮族人血管紧张素I转化酶(ACE)基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态与原发性肾病综合征的关系。方法桂西地区壮族原发性肾病综合征患者112例(肾病组),健康对照组150例,采用直接聚合酶链反应技术和DNA测序法检测ACE基因I/D多态性,比较肾病组与对照组的基因型、等位基因分布和肾病组中不同基因型各生化指标的差异。结果肾病组中DD基因型、D等位基因频率分布占优势(P<0.05);肾病组中不同ACE基因型组中TP/24 h、ALB、Scr、BUN、CHO、TG、Ccr水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ACEI/D多态的D等位基因与桂西地区壮族人原发性肾病综合征的发生有关,是桂西地区壮族人原发性肾病综合征的易感因素之一。Objective To explore the correlation of angiotensin Ⅰ converting enzyme(ACE) gene insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS) in Zhuang population in the western Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Methods One hundred and twelve cases of PNS in Zhuang population in western Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region( nephropathy group) and 150 healthy controls were enrolled in the study. ACE gene I/D polymorphism in each group were detected by direct polymerase chain reaction and DNA sequencing method. The distributions of polymorphism in each group and biochemical differences of different genotype in nephropathy group were compared. Results DD genotype and D allele in nephropathy group accounted for a significant advantage (P 〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the TP/24 h,ALB,Scr,BUN,CHO,TG,Ccr among different ACE I/D genotypes of nephropathy group(P 〉0.05). Conclusion D allele of ACE I/D polymorphism is related with the occurrence of PNS in Zhuang population in the western Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is one of the predisposing factors of primary nephrotic syndrome in Zhuang population in the western Guangxi Zhuang Autonc,mous Region.
