宁夏城镇化进程中人口转移战略研究

摘　　要：研究了2005 2009年宁夏城镇化发展水平的区域差异现状,预测了2010-2020牟宁夏城镇人口的发展趋势和宁夏沿黄城市带、中部干旱带和南部山区3大区域间人口转移的规模,从宁夏城镇化进程中城镇人口的数量增长预测了宁夏区域间人口地域转移趋势,提出了优化人口空间合理布局的战略选择.结果表明,在"十二五"期间,宁夏中南部地区规划迁出27.41万人,区外迁入宁夏15.55万人,沿黄城市带规划迁入42.92万人.Based on the regional differences in the level of urbanizational development from 2005 to 2009, this article put forward the forecast on developing trends of town populations in 2010 to 2020 and the scale of population transferring among the urban belts along the yellow river, arid sandy land of middle Ningxia and the southern mountains. From the increaseing number of town populations in the process of urbanization of Ningxia Province, we forecast the trend in regional population transfering and bring forward strategic choose for improving purpose exploration in distribution of population. The results show that during the period of 12th Five-Year, we plan to move out 274.1 thousands of people in middle and the south region in Ningxia Province , and settle 155.5 thousand in Ningxia, and 429.2 thousand in the urban belt along the yellow river.
