摘 要:本文选用新安煤矿17#煤层111706采煤工作面作为本煤层顺层钻孔预抽瓦斯技术试验区,研究17#煤层合理的预抽瓦斯技术参数值。通过对该矿17#煤层111706工作面预抽瓦斯数据分析得出:预抽试验区采用交叉布孔法预抽量可提高40%,Φ94 mm大直径钻孔预抽量比Φ65 mm直径钻孔增加34%,以预抽率作为17#煤层预抽防突有效性指标是可行的。预抽率大于25%时,就可以达到消除煤与瓦斯突出危险。但只有预抽率达到30%以上,钻屑检验指标K1才不会超标。钻场内钻孔抽采瓦斯浓度大于巷道钻孔抽采瓦斯浓度可达1倍,其最小封孔深度应不小于5 m.建议施工双向抽采钻孔来覆盖全工作面,掘进工作面钻孔深度控制在100 m范围内。The paper chose the 111706 workface of the 17# coal seam in Xin'an Mine as the test site of the bedding borehole drainage technology,researching the reasonable technical parameters of the gas pre-drainage for the 17# coal seam.By analyzing the gas drainage data from the 111706 workface,it concludes that the gas pre-drainage volume with the cross boreholes can be increased by 40%,the gas pre-drainage volume from the boreholes of Φ94mm diameter is increased by 34% compared with the Φ65mm diameter boreholes.The efficiency of pre-drainage as the proof-outburst effective index for the 17# coal seam is feasible.The gas pre-drainage efficiency of more than 25%,can eliminate the coal and gas outburst hazard.But only the gas pre-drainage efficiency above 30%,the value of drilling cuttings weight K1 won't exceed standard.The gas drainage concentration of the boreholes from the drilling fields is greater than the gas concentration of the tunnels up to one time,its smallest sealing hole depth should be not less than 5m.It is proposed to construct two-way extraction boreholes to cover the whole face,and the drilling depth of the driving face is controlled at 100m range.
