摘  要:介绍了一种适用于由集成门极换流晶闸管(IGCT)构成的三电平大功率中压变频系统相功率单元试验方法。根据该方法构成的试验系统由调压器、整流变压器、二极管整流桥、滤波电容、放电回路以及负载电感和电阻构成,测试中负载两端的电压、电流及频率均灵活可控,可以实现功率单元中单个功率器件或桥臂在多种工况下的开关特性试验,以及功率单元温升试验;该方法实现简单,在功率单元温升试验中,电路中主要为无功交换,系统的有功消耗很小。A characteristics testing system for power unit of three-level (TL) medium voltage high power converter, which uses intergrated gate commutated thyristors (IGCT) as power switching devices, was proposed. The system consists of a variac, rectification switchgears, diode-rectifier, filter capacitors, discharging circuit, and inductive load. During test, the magnitude and frequency of voltage on load can be flexibly controlled. Therefore, switching characteristic test for the single device, leg, or whole unit, and the temperature rise test of the unit can be done under various desired operating mode. In addition, there is mostly reactive power flowing in the circuit. Active power loss of the system is very limited.
