摘　　要：城市退休老人的精神需求包括尊重、健康、情感、文化娱乐、自我实现等8个方面,具有需求强、内容多、层次高、差异大等特点。目前,城市退休老人精神需求满意度较高。社区应通过加强人文和物质环境建设、开展各种文化娱乐活动、加强社区之间的联系和资源共享等措施,进一步提升城市退休老人的精神生活品质。8 aspects compose of urban retired people＇s spiritual need,including esteem,health,affection,recreation and self-realization,with the features： the strong demand,the wide range,the high ranks,sharp difference and so on.At present,the people have relatively higher spiritual satisfaction.In order to further enhance the quality of their spiritual life,communities should strengthen the building of cultural and material environment,arrange various kinds of activities and entertainments,reinforce the contacts and resource share among communities,and etc.
