大城市青年就业现状探析——以上海为例

摘　　要：利用城市青年就业状况实地调研数据,以上海为例,比较分析了不同类型青年的就业现状和存在的问题。研究发现,受教育程度对大城市各类青年就业状况有显著影响,各类青年职业压力较大,自主创业意愿较低.在校学生对未来薪酬预期较高,职业青年社会保障水平相对较高,而社区青年和外来青年需要更多的就业援助。据此提出从起点培养青年树立正确就业观,发挥社区力量开拓就业、创业渠道,扩大综合保险覆盖面等对策建议。Based on the data collected through urban investigations,a case study of Shanghai is made to compare the status quo of and problems in the different youths＇ employment.The findings show： level of education is a significant influencing factor,and all the population feel heavy occupational stress,while they have weak desire for entrepreneurship.School students have higher expectation for future income,and the employed youth have higher level of social security,while community idle youth and rural migrant ones need more occupational assistance.The solutions are hence put forward here： to help them set up correct occupational concept,to give scope to the role of community to find opportunities for their employment and entrepreneurship,and to expand the coverage of comprehensive insurance.
