摘　　要：研究氧化还原两段漂白中还原漂剂FAS对混合废纸脱墨浆的漂白效果。在H2O2预漂白处理浆料的基础上,加入FAS进行还原漂白,探讨不同漂白温度、漂白时间以及FAS用量对浆料白度的影响。结果表明在碱比为0.4、FAS用量0.6%、浆浓8%、时间40min、温度75℃时,漂白效果、生产成本达到最佳。The effect of reducing bleaching agent FAS on MOW deinked pulp was studied in oxidation-reduction two stage bleaching sequence. On the basis of pre-bleaching with hydrogen peroxide, FAS was added to bleach and the effect of different bleaching temperature, time, and FAS dosage on the whiteness was studied. The results show that bleaching effect and the cost can be reached the best when alkali ratio of 0.4, FAS dosage of 0.6%, pulp consistency of 8%, bleaching time of 40min and bleaching temperature of 75 ℃.
