摘  要:对于金属热胀冷缩规律的研究,在机械制造设计以及工程建筑等各个领域都十分重要。因此,为了满足线膨胀系数物理实验的需要,设计了一套以Cygnal公司的SoC单片机C8051F320作为主控制芯片,采用AT89C51单片机作为可控硅触发板的控制芯片的数字化线膨胀系数理实验平台,该平台可以进行温度、伸长量的采集,同时产生控制信号,触发可控硅导通,控制电阻炉加热升温。该平台具有功能完善的液晶操作界面,能够独立完成线膨胀系数测试的全过程,同时配有微型打印机,物理实验的中间数据和实验结果可以如实打印输出。该实验平台能够真实客观地反映学生物理实验工作的完成情况,易于操作,通用性强。The research of metal swelling phenomenon is very important in the manufacture of mechanics, architectonics and etc. In order to meet the needs of carrying out physical experiments of Linear swelling, a digital physical experiment platform for the study of linear swelling coefficient is designed. The planfform uses C8051F320 SoC MCU device of CYGNAL as the main control chip and AT89C51 MCU device as the control chip of SCR triggering. The platform can collect the temperature and elongation data, generate control signals to trigger SCR turn - on and control the heating temperature of the resistance furnace. This platform has a LCD manipulation interface with complet function. It can complete the entire procedure of linear swelling coefficient measurement independently and also provide a miniature printer, The intermediate data and results of the physical experiment can be output through the printer. The experiment platform can faithfully report the state of students conducting experiments, and it is easy to operate.
