甲型H1N1流感患者C反应蛋白及白细胞计数的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的分析甲型H1N1流感患者C反应蛋白和白细胞计数的变化及临床意义。方法选取医院的甲型H1N1流感确诊患者95例(观察组),同期入院非甲型H1N1流感患者95例(对照组)。检测所有患者的C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞、中性粒细胞比率及体温的变化。结果观察组患者的各项检测指标较对照组明显降低,各项检测指标的患者构成比,观察组均低于对照组,其比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲型H1N1流感患者的C反应蛋白及白细胞计数,能协助临床判断病情及指导用药,应在临床普及检测。Objective To analyze the H1N1 influenza patients with C reactive protein and white blood cell count changes and its clinical significance. Methods Our hospital diagnosed with influenza H1N1 （observation group）, 95 patients admitted during the same period of influenza a H1N1 influenza patients 95 cases （control group）. Detection of all patients with C reactive protein, white cell count, polymorphonuclear neutrophils, neutxophil ratio and temperature changes. Results In the observation group testing of the indicators were significantly lower, the criterion of patients constitute ratio, the observation group were lower than in the control group, the comparison of the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Influenza a H1N1 in patients with C reactive protein and white blood cell count can assist in clinical diagnosis and in guiding medication, should be in the popularization of clinical detection.
