不同术式剖宫产术后对再次剖宫产手术的影响研究

摘　　要：目的通过对3种常见剖宫产术式的特点进行比较,以期得到最理想的剖宫产术式。方法对剖宫产后再次妊娠采用3种剖宫产术式的产妇术中情况和术后恢复进行比较和回顾性分析,重点比较腹腔粘连情况,进行统计学分析。结果 3种常见术式均对再次剖宫产术产妇产后恢复有不利影响,但相对而言,改良剖宫产术的不利影响最小,传统术式次之。结论建议首次采用改良新式剖宫产术,从而降低再次手术的风险。Objective Compare three common characteristics of cesarean section in order to get the best cesarean section. Methods In order to arrive at the statistical data,compare and retrospective analysis the maternals＇intraoperative and postoperative recovery, focus more abdominal adhesions. Results In three surgical procedures, the adverse effects of modified cesarean section is the least. Conclusion Use a modified cesarean section for the first time.
