云南红药胶囊与银杏叶片治疗眼底出血性疾病效果观察

摘　　要：目的对比云南红药胶囊和云南红药胶囊与银杏叶片联合使用在治疗眼底出血性疾病中的疗效。方法选取就诊患者58例(73眼)随机分为两组,研究组采用云南红药胶囊与银杏叶片联合治疗,对照组服用云南红药胶囊。疗程结束后对比两组患者的视力及复查患者眼底情况。结果研究组整体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论云南红药胶囊与银杏叶片的联合用药治疗眼底出血疾病疗效更显著。Objective To compare the the effect between Yunnan hongyao capsule and Yunnan Hongyao capsule combination therapy with Ginkgo biloba in the treatment of fundus bleeding disease. Methods Treatment of 60 patients （76 eyes） were randomly divided into two groups, the study group use the combination therapy of Ginkgo biloba and Yunnan hongyao capsule, the control group only take Yuanan hongyao capsule. Patients of these two groups will accept after treatment examination in vision and ftmdus to check the healing effect. Results The study group as a whole more effective than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yunnan hongyao capsule combination therapy with Ginkgo biloba is more pronounced effect in the treatment of fundus bleeding disease.
