摘 要:通过静电纺丝技术在聚乳酸(PLA)中添加抗菌剂三氯卡班(TCC),制备一种具有抗菌活性的聚乳酸超细纤维,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析溶剂的组成及配比、TCC质量分数等对纤维微观形貌的影响,探讨抗菌剂用量对其抗菌性能的影响。结果表明:当纺丝液所用溶剂为二氯甲烷/聚乙二醇400(CH2Cl2/PEG 400)时,TCC的溶解性及TCC/PLA的成丝情况均较好,所用溶剂体积配比为V(CH2Cl2)∶V(PEG 400)=9∶1;当聚乳酸纺丝液中TCC的质量分数从0.1%增加到0.6%时,纤维形态分布基本保持不变,超细纤维的直径稍有增加;所用抗菌剂TCC的质量分数为0.5%时,制得的抗菌纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别为98.6%和94.2%。Poly(lactic acid) micro-fibers which have antibacterial activity were prepared via electro-spinning by adding antibacterial agent triclocarban(TCC).The effects of solvent,and mass concentration of TCC on the structure and morphology of electrospun TCC/PLA micro-fibers were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),along with the impact of the amount of antibacterial agent(TCC) on the antibacterial property of the fibers.The results revealed that when the solvent ratio was V(CH2Cl2)∶V(PEG 400)=9∶1,dichloromethane/polyethylene glycol 400 is proven to be suitable for TCC/PLA;and the resulting solution can be successfully electrospun into micro-fibers.As the mass concentration of TCC increased from 0.1% to 0.6%,the structure of the fibers mainly remained unchanged,but the diameter of the fibers increased slightly.When the mass concentration of TCC was 0.5%,the inhibiting efficiency of the composite micro-fibers against Staphylococcus aurous and Escherichia coli was 98.6% and 94.2%,respectively.
