摘 要:测试苎麻纤维细度传统的方法为中段切断称重法,该方法存在取样少、代表性不强、测试结果受主观因素影响较大等不足,为此,研究了一种较为快速、准确测定苎麻纤维细度的方法。对WIRA气流仪测试苎麻纤维细度的可行性进行了初步探讨,试验确定了用于该气流仪的试样定量及试样放置方式。与中段切断法进行对比试验,提出了流量读数与公制支数的回归方程,并对该方程进行统计检验。数据分析结果说明用WIRA气流仪测定苎麻纤维细度是可行的。Conventional weight method is used to test the ramie fiber fineness based on the cut-middle section of the fiber,which has defects on small sample quantity,inadequant representativeness,and the results easily influenced by subjective factors.Therefore,the paper attempt to develop a fast and accurate test method for ramie fiber fineness and study the feasibility of testing ramie fiber fineness by using WIRA airflow meter.The sample quantity and the arrangement manner are determined through experiments.Comparative study with the weight method is conducted,and a regression equation between flow readings and metric counts is established.The feasibility of ramie fiber fineness testing by using WIRA airflow meter is demonstrated by the test data.
