摘  要:利用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)溶解纯涤纶织物及涤/棉混纺织物,回收利用涤纶(PET)和棉纤维。结果表明,DMSO试剂可以回收纯涤纶织物,尤其当温度在185~194℃时DMSO与纯涤纶织物溶解反应相对较快,溶解时间为12 min。在一定反应时间内DMSO易溶解涤纶而不溶解棉纤维,可将其用于回收聚酯和棉纤维。涤/棉织物投入到温度为185~194℃的DMSO试剂中,溶解60 min,可将不溶于DMSO试剂的棉纤维在温度为185~194℃的条件下滤出并回收,同时从溶解液中回收聚酯。回收的棉纤维性能稳定,运用领域广泛。再生聚酯的特性黏度随DMSO试剂回收率的增加而增大。Polyester(PET) and polyester/cotton fabrics were dissolved by dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) for recycled use.The results show that polyester fabric can be dissolved easily in DMSO for recovery,especially at 185-194 ℃,faster dissolving is observed and dissolving can be completed within 12 minutes.Meanwhile,within certain length of time DMSO dissolves polyester but cotton fibers.Therefore,for separating and recovering,put polyester /cotton fabrics into the DMSO reagent,dissolve them at 185-194 ℃ for 60 minutes,then recover the cotton fibers by filtering and recover polyester from the solution at around 185-194 ℃.The recycled cotton fibers exhibit stable properties and find wide spectrum of applications.The intrinsic viscosity of regenerated PET increased with the increase of recovery percentage of DMSO.
