摘 要:为研究多轴向经编织物的防刺性能,选用了不同规格的多轴向经编织物进行准静态防刺性能测试,分析多轴向经编织物的结构参数对防刺性能的影响,以及多轴向经编织物的防刺特性。且通过SEM观察多轴向经编织物在穿刺时织物断裂口纤维的截面形貌,探讨多轴向经编织物在防刺过程中的能量吸收机制。结果表明:织物的体积质量与最大穿刺力存在正相关关系,体积质量增加,织物的最大穿刺力提高;提高经编多轴向织物的表面紧密度,有利于提高织物的防刺性能。在多轴向经编织物中使用较细的纱线编织而成的四轴向织物防刺性能最佳,能够很好地吸收穿刺能量,抵抗刀刃切割。This study intends to investigate the stab-resistant properties of multi-axial warp-knitted fabric,and quasi-static stab tests of multi-axial warp-knitted fabric with different specifications were conducted.The influence of structural parameters of multi-axial warp-knitted fabric on the stab resistance was investigated,as well as the stab-resistant characteristics of the multi-axial warp-knitted fabric.Besides,the cross section morphologies of the fibers around the fracture rent of the multi-axial warp-knitted fabric were observed via SEM while puncturing,and the mechanism of energy absorption of multi-axial warp-knitted fabric during the stab-resistant process was examined.The results showed that the volume mass of the multi-axial warp-knitted fabric was positively related to the maximum penetration force,which increased as the volume fraction increased.Increasing the surface density of the multi-axial warp-knitted fabric increases the stab resistance of the fabric.The four-axial warp-knitted fabric made of finer yarns will have the best stab resistance,which can better absorb the penetration energy and resist the shearing of blades.
