摘　　要：本文是作者研究了30多年"一次染色成功"的成果小结,是从正反两个方面的现场经验与教训中总结出来的,供针织染整界的同仁参考,避免走弯路或不走弯路。为科学规范针织物染整工艺设计,本文提出确定针织物质量标准的唯一依据。为确保针织物染整一次性成功,作者认为现场执行力度是染整工艺实现质量目标的成败关键。This article is the summary of the author's achievements and experience of 30 years in successful one-time dyeing field from the practical experiences and lessons of both positive and negative aspects.It could be as the enterprise's reference in production to avoid twists and turns.For standardizing the process of dyeing and finishing process of knitted textiles,the author proposed to lay down only one quality standard of product's quality.To ensure the success of one-time dyeing,the author thinks the key to achieve quality objectives is the spot enforcement in production.
