摘　　要：目的探讨急性心力衰竭的急救方法。方法选择我院2007年5月至2010年10月急诊科接治的69例急性心力衰竭患者的资料作为研究对象,对其进行回顾分析,探讨急救的方法及用药情况。结果 69例急性心力衰竭患者中65例有效,无效1例,死亡3例,有效率为93.85%。结论及时有效的救治,良好的监护及合理的用药可有效降低病死率。Objective To investigate the first-aid methods of acute heart failure.Methods Information of 69 patients with acute heart failure accepted by the emergency department of our hospital from 2007 May to 2010 October were selected as the research object,retrospective analysis was done to discuss the first-aid methods and medication.Results Among the 69 cases,effective in 65 cases,ineffective in 1 case,3 cases died,efficacy 93.85%.Conclusion Timely and effective rescue measures,good care and reasonable medication can effectively reduce the mortality.
