摘　　要：咳嗽变异性哮喘是以慢性咳嗽为主要或唯一临床表现的一种特殊类型哮喘。其发病机制、诊断方法和治疗方法已经得到广泛的关注和研究。在此归纳探讨了近年来关于咳嗽变异性哮喘的研究报道及指南文件观点,还介绍了变应原特异性免疫治疗这一新型治疗手段在咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用。这一治疗方法被《过敏性鼻炎对哮喘的影响》推荐为"唯一可能改变变态反应疾病自然进程"的治疗手段。Cough variant asthma（CVA）is a special asthma presenting chronic cough as the main or only clinical symptom.The pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatments of CVA have gained wide attentions.Here is to summarize and explore the research reports and guidance documents on cough variant asthma,especially,the application of the new treatment of allergen-specific immunotherapy is introduced,which is recommended as ＂the only possible way to change allergy natural course＂ by Allergic Rhinitis and Its Impact on Asthma.
