药物涂层支架在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中的应用现状

摘　　要：药物涂层支架被越来越多地应用于冠心病合并糖尿病的患者,近年来,大量的临床试验观察证实,药物涂层支架可以减低冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入术后晚期血管狭窄率及血栓形成。综合分析糖尿病患者的特殊病理、生理及经皮冠状动脉介入术后的有效性、安全性及不足,发现药物涂层支架应用于冠心病合并糖尿病患者中,对于一般病变,其短期和中长期临床结果有效、安全,但对于严重狭窄、广泛弥漫病变、左主干病变、复杂病变还是提倡冠状动脉搭桥术治疗。Drug-eluting stents have been more and more used in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes,and confirmed by most studies that they can decrease stenosis and thrombopoiesis in the advanced stage after percutaneous coronary intervention.After comprehensive analysis on the special pathology,physiology and the effictiveness,safety and deficiency of percutaneous coronary intervention,it′s discovered that drug-eluting stents efficacy and safety in mid-long term for normal lesions are good,however,it′s still recommended to adopt coronary artery bypass grafting for cases of severe stenosis,widely diffuse disease,left major artery lesion and complex lesions.
