摘　　要：中药巴布剂现已成为新型透皮制剂中的"新宠",具有许多其他药物剂型所不能替代的优点。巴布剂组成中起关键作用的是基质,其中包括基质的选择与特点、基质的组成、处方及配比、添加顺序、影响因素、成型工艺的实验设计方法等方面。近几年中药巴布剂基质的组成、处方及配比等国内外的研究取得了一定的进展,对经皮给药新剂型的深入研究具有一定的理论和实际意义。Chinese medicine patcher has become a ＂new favorite＂ of new transdermal preparation,and has a number of advantages which are irreplaceable by other dosage forms.The matrix plays a key role in the constituent parts of patcher,which includes such aspects as follows：selection principle and characteristics of the matrix,constituent parts,prescription and proportioning,the sequence of adding,influence factor,and design of experiment for the forming technology of matrix.In recent years,the domestic and foreign research focusing on Chinese medicine patcher matrix component,prescription and proportioning has made some progress,which has certain theoretical and practical significance to the in-depth study of new formulations for transdermal drug delivery.
