摘　　要：从企业经济信息的角度出发,对企业经营状况、专利权质押政治特征、专利权质押市场特征、专利产品的特征进行分析,融合了政府决策支持、法律完善程度、市场竞争、企业管理水平等在内的多个因素构成的指标,通过对这些指标的量化处理,具体分析了企业所处的融资环境、经济信息与专利产品的特点,建立了企业专利权质押融资模型。最后通过实证,对典型企业的专利权质押融资能力与实际融资情况进行对比验证,以期对企业进行专利权质押融资达到合理科学的评价。From the view of enterprise economic information,this article analyze the state of enterprise,political characteristics of patent pledge,market characteristics of patent pledge and characteristics of the patent products,then integrate of government decision-making support,the degree of patent pledge law,market competition,corporate management level and other factors to form indicators of financing model.Through the quantification of these indicators,this article specifically analyze financing environment and economic information of enterprise,and proprietary features of paten products,then establish a corporate patent pledge financing model.Finally,this article compare the patent pledge financing capacity of the typical enterprises with their actual amount of patent pledge financing,and expect to achieve a reasonable and scientific evaluation of patent pledge financing.
