摘  要:以甜椒、牛角椒、羊角椒、线椒和朝天椒5个不同类型的10个辣椒品种为试材,研究通过直接机械游离、看护培养自然游离和先花药预培养再机械游离3种不同的小孢子游离方式的胚胎发生情况。结果表明,先花药预培养再机械游离小孢子的胚胎发生最好,看护培养自然游离小孢子的胚胎发生次之,直接机械游离小孢子的胚胎发生最差,仅获得少量球形胚;小孢子在培养前期需要花药壁的存在,高温预处理之后则需要花药壁及时破裂。Embryogenesis of microspores through three different isolation methods, including direct mechanical isolating, shed-culture nature isolating, and mechanical isolating after anther pre-culture, were studied by using lO Capsicum varieties belonging to 5 different fruit types of pepper as the materials. The results showed that embryogenesis of micrnspores through mechanical isolating after anther pre-cuhure was the best, then shed-cuhure nature isolating, and direct mechanical isolating was the worst, which got only some global embryoids; anther wall was necessary to microspores at the beginning of culture, and must be ruptured in time after high temperature pre-treatment.
