摘 要:以东鞍山赤铁矿矿石作为被磨物料,探索了磨矿条件(质量分数、pH值等)对钢球磨损的影响以及磨损规律。结果表明:钢球磨损量随磨矿质量分数的增大先增大后减小,当磨矿质量分数为40%时,钢球磨损量出现最大值;pH值在5~9.5之间时,磨单位质量矿石的钢球磨损量基本不变,即pH值在该区间变化对钢球磨损影响不大。对东鞍山铁矿床中含碳酸铁的铁矿石(1#矿样)、不含碳酸铁的铁矿石(2#矿样)和高亚铁铁矿石(3#矿样)分别进行磨矿试验研究,结果表明,处理这3种矿样时,钢球磨损量基本不变。This article takes hematite from Donganshan mine as grinded material. Influence of grinding conditions such as grinding concentration, pH value and so on on the wear amounts of steel balls and wear laws are explored. The results show that with the increase of grinding concentration, the wear amounts of steel balls increases firstly and then decreases, there is a maximum of wear amounts when grinding concentration is 40%; the wear amounts of steel balls remains steady at pH value of 5-9.5, it also means that pH value has little effect on the wear amounts of steel balls in the district. Grinding experiment of 1#. 2# and 3# iron ores from iron ore beds of Donganshan mine demonstrates that these three kinds of iron ores have little effects on the wear amounts of steel balls.
